Stability Structures (Ewell) Ltd trades as Stability Homes 

Our primary business interest is acquiring land and property for speculative housing development by either outright purchase, Option Agreement or Conditional Contract. We rarely carry out conversion or refurbishment projects unless they are part of a larger or mixed use (commercial and residential) scheme.

Preferred Locations 

For residential developments, our preference is to operate in the SW London and North Surrey Areas. We have specific requirements for sites located in the areas of Epsom & Ewell, Reigate & Banstead, Mole Valley, Elmbridge.

Plot Sizes (with the benefit of a current planning consent) & Development Values.

Our acquisitions are considered on the basis of location, anticipated sales income and the type of development.

We will give consideration to building out single plots and multiples with a projected Gross Sales Value of up to £4.0M. It is unlikely we will purchase a plot or plots where the anticipated sales income exceeds £2.0M per unit. We prefer to acquire sites where the total anticipated income for the site is in the region of £1.0M - £2.0M.

Stability Structures also acts as Managing Agents for a small portfolio of commercial and residential investments.

As such, the company is in a position to consider the acquisition of properties where there may be some long term development potential, or, where investment, conversion and/or refurbishment may be the preferred option.
